Awaken Your Energy Focus Morning Routine

You can do this one a few times with the video and once you know the points, just press snooze, then roll on your back and do this one before you get out of bed in the morning. I am always pleasantly surprised by how effective this one is and how much more energized, focused, and awake I feel after doing it ;) It calms your central nervous system and then sends any excess energy into your Kidney, Liver, and Spleen Meridians and can super charge your ability to process food, emotion, and information!

 

Quick Energy Boost!

This exercise is a super quick way to boost your energy after lunch. It stimulates your digestive and detoxification systems and most people feel the effect of it immediately!

Exercise Ambien

This restful pose I like to call "Exercise Ambien" because it can help you calm your body and get a better night's rest. When you are stressed in a Sympathetic Nervous System Response, blood rushes from your brain to your limbs to power fight or flight. Since more of our modern day stressors are not immediately life threatening, it's important to start training your body to calm this response so you can rest. By holding these points, you send the signal to send blood back to your brain and override this primal response, and calm yourself down so you can sleep even when your day has been stressful.
