ONE MINUTE ENERGY BOOST

Once you learn this exercise, you can do it all day long to energize both your digestive and your immune system. It stimulates your Stomach, Kidney, Thymus, Liver, and Spleen Meridians. These Meridians tend to be the most taxed by environmental toxins and stressors. Rate your energy and mood before and after you do this one; clients report this having an immediate impact, an increase in energy and decrease in stress tension. Definitely start your day with this one. Lots of my clients actually do it in the shower, LOL. Then, do it throughout your day for a boost of energy anytime you need it!! 

EXERCISE AMBIEN

Help your body fully relax before bed, so you can restore and wake up feeling rested and ready for your next day. When you get stressed, blood rushes from your brain to your limbs to power your fight or flight. Holding these specific points as you rest can send the signal to your body to bring blood back to your forebrain and to reverse the stress response.  

Please put pillows under your elbows, so you can truly relax in these positions, without having to hold your arms up.

THE FREEDOM METHOD MANIFESTING ROUTINE

If you don’t have what you want yet, it could be because you have a subconscious block to having it. This exercise can help you release unconscious blocks to taking the action to have what you want.

I have received several reports of breakthroughs from doing this routine. One gal got herself out of a relationship that was going no where and started a healthy new relationship within two months of making this a daily practice and another upgraded her job!
