3. Tape this reminder to a mirror you use and take two minutes to share this love with yourself before you go to bed at night.

Then, take three minutes and hold a calming point three inches in from your under arm on the left side of your chest, with your heart chakra before you fall asleep, as you think about the things you did during your day that you love about your life.
It can be as simple as drinking your favorite cup of tea to wearing your favorite sweater to feeling filled up by connecting with friends.
Getting present to all your have going for you, gives you the energy and confidence in yourself to know you are enough and that you have enough going for you to honor your needs and to act on your dreams!
