Give your body, brain, and psyche a break and more energy to live!

Think about how much more energy it takes to carry stress and tension through your day! Doctors will tell you that it is important to cut down your emotional stress and urge you to better control it, but they don't tell you how.

It's my bet that doing the energy based stress relief exercises you can access for free below, will be as common as yoga in a few years.

Get ahead of the curve and see how much easier and more fulfilling life can be!

Natural Anxiety & Stress Relief

This quick and easy routine can help you calm anxiety and release the physical manifestations of stress in your body like muscular tension, stomach, and jaw tightness. Rate your level of tension and emotional stress before and after you do this routine so you can judge for yourself how this works for you. We can’t control the stressors that come our way, but we can better manage our responses to them. Relief and clarity is at your fingertips.

Anywhere Stress Relief

Discover my clients’ favorite 1-minute stress relieving exercise, you can do anywhere, without anyone knowing! It’s an easy way to calm yourself down even at work! When you calm your body’s stress responses, you can think clearer and be more creative. Try this 1- minute exercise now, so you remember how to do this when you need it most! It can help you keep calm so that you can carry on, as your best self even under stressful circumstances!

Bedtime Calming Pose

Our bodies operate between two different central nervous states, a Sympathetic/Stressed State or a Parasympathetic/Restorative State. When you are stressed, blood is more actively funneled to your limbs to ready the body for fight or flight. Holding your head in this pose encourages blood flow to the brain and can override a stress response and restore Parasympathetic Function. Help your body fully relax before bed so you can have a more restorative night’s sleep and wake up feeling rested for your next day. This takes 3-5 minutes, and you will likely fall asleep in this relaxing pose.
