Relaxation Poses
The following two poses can be done to help you calm down and fall asleep or get back to sleep with ease.
Side-lying Head Hold
Relaxation Pose - Supine Head Hold
Deep Electric Reset
Please plan about an hour to do this exercise for the first time. I suggest doing this in bed, right before you go to sleep. You will need 3 pillows and access to the corner of a wall for the preparatory spinal release exercise. Please rate your tension levels before and after you do the preparatory exercises. This exercise doesn't have an associated pdf because it is easier to follow along doing the preparation exercises with me versus trying to decipher them on a pdf.
